The global sector for organic food and non-food products like natural cosmetics and eco-textiles meets again in the Nürnberg exhibition centre from 16–19 February 2011 at BioFach, the World Organic Trade Fair, and Vivaness, the Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care and Wellness. The focus in 2011 is on feeding the world. The key issues are styles of nutrition, real prices for food and green consumption. The mood among the 2,522 exhibitors from 85 countries – including 200 at Vivaness – is excellent. The German organic market achieved 2 % more sales in 2010 to reach 5.9 billion EUR. Customers all over the world purchased products to the value of 55 billion US dollars. BioFach and Vivaness present a convincing variety of products and enjoyment and ecological concepts for the future for four whole days.
